Returns and Refunds

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we can offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. (excluding original delivery charge)
When returning the item to us please ensure it is protected for its journey as we cannot be held responsible for items which are lost or damaged in transit and we may not be able to refund you.
As a small business were are unable to offer free returns, therefore the cost for returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure items are returned using an insured
and fully tracked service.
If a returned item arrives back to us damaged, unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.

Each item goes through thorough quality checks before it is sent out to you but should an item arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve this swiftly for you. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
We will also require photographs of the damages so we can claim back from the courier.
